WSF 2009 Discovering Soul l January 18th-21st l Arosa
Topic
The topic of the next year’s WSF
Forum is “Discovering Soul”.
Date
Sunday,
January 18th, 14:30 till Wednesday 21st, 12:30.
Programme
We will explore the theme of "Discovering Soul" in the different
spheres of for example Psychology, Science, Economy and
Society/Partnership and Spirituality with a
wide range of touching and moving workshops, Inspirational Dialogues, Dialogue Circles, Rituals and Meditation.
It is our intention to keep the difference
between "speakers" and listeners as small as possible. Therefore we do regard all
our participants as contributors – and they are all invited to bring their own
personal input to our dialogues, workshops and ceremonies.

Costs
The principle of equality does
also guide the financing of the WSF Forum.
Whoever attends is equally asked
to cover his own travel and accommodation costs and to pay the “Share of
Costs”. So does every member of the WSF Team as we see ourselves as contributors too.
"Share of Costs" per Contributor = Total Costs divided trough number of contributors.
Please have a look at the detailled Transparent Costs Projection.

Read the message
from the Contributors of the 5. WSF World Spirit Forum which has been
sent to Klaus Schwab, the initiator of the WEF Forum in Davos, together
with the sand of the mandala you see below:
"Message to Davos" (Letter in German, Message in English)
What is the WSF World Spirit Forum?
We
host the WSF World Spirit Forum with the intention of having spiritual
and religious and political and social activists gather and develop the
plan for a unified humanity with equity and solutions for global
concerns. We gather to network and learn about the work of others in
making for a more sustainable, equitable planet. There is a building
momentum as people meet and dialogue about projects and initiatives
that are helping to enhance the lives of all on the planet. In many
ways the WSF World Spirit Forum is part of an emerging evolutionary
revolution of consciousness. In its global scope it is a parallel event
to the WEF World Economic Forum that is held at nearby Davos at about
the same time. Still, being an independent organization - legally and
in its philosophy, the WSF is bound to influence the thinking and
decision making of political and economic leaders at the WEF and
elsewhere towards driving this revolution of consciousness.

What is the Form of the Forum?
The WSF World Spirit Forum is not an
ordinary congress. There is not a succession of
presentations, but open space for
conversations and experiences, enhanced and supported by spiritual rituals. We view all Attendees as Contributors.
Some of the contributors will give
particular nuances for these days in Arosa, others will reveal open space to take action and others
again will help us forget space and time and will move our souls.
Space, time and force of nature
are open to us in order to come into contact with ourselves and with each other. Thus we can interlink
and during special moments we may feel the interconnectedness of all of us.
How is the yearly Forum financed?
We want to account for this aspect
of the community, literally, with the WSF World Spirit Forum. All incidental costs for the Forum are specified
in a transparent Cost Projection every year. The costs divided by the number of contributors, results in the Share of Costs for Contributors.
We as organizers
consider ourselves contributors and also
bear our Share of Costs to the Forum along with our voluntary work. This kind of financing
supports our concept of the “free form”. Thus, the WSF Forum can be carried out independently while
work and money energy of the contributors flow together.
The Share of Costs for Contributors don´t cover the organizational costs troughout the
year. May be you can afford an opportunity to help us? Have a look at our needs!
