bio-organic food-farming and processing, that economy and ecology is
not necessarily a paradox but can be a harmonious couple. Ex-top-model Bibi Russell
has given the possibility to over 35.000 weavers and artisans in
Bangladesh to earn their own living under humanitarian circumstances by
founding her own textile- and fashionlabel.
These and many other internationally renowned leaders in politics,
culture, economy, science, religion and society characterize the WSF
World Spirit Forum 2005, contributing to the exchange of knowledge and
wisdom between people of action, philosophers and visionaries. The WSF
offers „applied spirituality“ as well as inspiration for practicable
solutions concerning the main topic of the conference. The declared
overall intention of the forum is to create a conscious, sustainable
and humane future. Sesto Giovanni Castagnoli, president and co-founder of the WSF
means: „the challenges and problems our generation has to deal with
today, can only be solved with joined forces – independent of origin,
world view or religion. The WSF World Spirit Forum as a neutral
platform will play an increasingly important part in this process.“
