The 2nd WSF World Spirit Forum 2005 has undoubtedly confirmed the worldwide craving for more awareness, sustainability and humaneness

A total of 300 participants and high-caliber key note speakers from around the world have served to make a most memorable experience under the motto “Open Your Heart - United Responsibility”

Zurich
, January 20th 2005- The WSF World Spirit Forum has been held successfully for the second consecutive year. After 4 days of exciting speeches, discussions and workshops together with top-notch international speakers the international convention has opened many hearts to transmit the message of our mutual responsibility for a better future throughout the world. The WSF has thereby succeeded to establish itself as a guiding Platform for the exchange of Know-how and Wisdom.

The convention ended Wednesday, January 19th 2005 leaving behind a great and positive resonance among the internationalparticipants and spiritually oriented personalities from the fields of economics, politics, science, religion, culture and society (so, for example, Prof. Franz-Josef Radermacher, Claus Hipp, George G. Caudill jr., Bibi Russell, Audrey E. Kitagawa). Toward the end of the convention a youth delegation comprising 12 youth leaders from Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Liberia, Australia, Nepal, Brazil, Mexico and the USA defined their aims and wishes for a peaceful, humane and sustained future in the presence of the participants and WSF president, Sesto Giovanni Castagnoli. The candle of peace which was burning throughout the duration of the convention will, in the next days be delivered to the World Economic Forum in Davos - a symbolic gesture so that the “Spirit” of Arosa may also embrace leaders and decision-makers convening there.

The essence of the WSF served to establish the guiding principle for the next convention in 2006:

This year’s motto “Open Your Heart - United Responsibility” has expressed itself insofar as it has shown that it is possible for many people to open their hearts in a mutual community. They have experienced love in its original form as creative energy which surmounts differences and evolves in the realization of various every- day projects and chores.
